All orders are typically shipped and processed with in 2 to 3 business days. Packages are delivered by USPS between 5-7 business days after they are shipped out. In some cases however it can take up to 14 days depending on where you live. Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a USPS tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package.
Product returns on all damaged or defected goods are accepted with in 30 days of the customer receiving their purchase. If you received a damaged item or are unhappy with your product, please contact our customer service team for support.

If you are redeeming a Living Social order then you have already paid for the cost of the product! By entering your redemption code the price of the product is removed and you will only be asked to pay the processing or shipping on your order. This is advertised on the promotion page and on your voucher. This can be paid via Visa, Amex, Discover or Mastercard. An email confirmation will be sent once payment is complete.
Unfortunately no. Each voucher must be redeemed separately. The nominal shipping or processing charge is per voucher which means they must be redeemed one at a time.

The solar lights are run off a solar panel located on the top of the unit. This solar panel powers two rechargeable batteries (included and already installed in the unit) that charge the lights. We recommend that you charge the light (in direct sunlight) for 24 hours before using for the first time. Once charged mount the light, turn it on (on/off Switch) and your all set! If set to the "ON" position the light will turn on automatically each night using its build in light sensor.
Each light comes with a mounting bracket that is designed to hook onto any standard gutter. Just slip the bracket over the gutter and tighten using the included thumbscrew. You can also mount these lights onto any flat surface using the included wood screws. The solar gutter light is perfect for fences, doorways, signs and wall. Bring light to any area in just seconds!
